Press the above to bring up the flashing modal.

Place heart rate tracker on top of screen with the flashing modal active and start heart rate tracking on your tracker.

Tracker may have to be placed less than 2cm away from the screen.

When done, remove the tracker and tap on the button at the top right of the flashing modal to stop it.
